Follow All the Steps Below
Step One
Sania explains that ‘full eyebrows are beautiful and exotic-looking.’ If you don’t have thick hair on your eyebrows, she says ‘you can use makeup to add depth and fill in gaps.’ But she says the most important part about eyebrows is having the right shape.
Step Two
Another tip from Sania is to visualize the brow shape you want to achieve before you start. She says ‘The front of the brow should align with the upper bridge of your nose.’
Step Three
She also advises people to fill in their eyebrows before they start plucking them. She says ‘This way, you won’t overdo it. She says ‘The arch should be three-quarters of the way back from the nose bridge. From there, the tail should taper off and follow the angle of the eye.’
Step Four
Another important brow tip is to brush upwards. After you draw on the brow shape you want, use a spoolie to brush the eyebrow hairs up. This creates lift and volume.
Step Five
When you are done filling in your brows and brushing the hair upwards, use tweezers that are slant tipped. Sania advises to only tweeze underneath, and that only professionals should tweeze on top of the brow. She says ‘If you accidentally tweeze into the arch, it brings the brow down instead of lifting it up.’
Step Six
Another great tip from Sania is to step back from the mirror from time to time as you do your brows to check your progress. She says ‘When you zero in on the brow too much, you lose perspective on what shape it should actually be.
Step Seven
She says ‘The bottom portion of the brow is the most crucial area to fill. Hold your tweezes across your brows to see what area needs to be tweezed and what area needs to be filled in.
Step Eight
Sania fills in the area of the brow between the front end and the inner arch. She says ‘Overly waxy brow pencils go on dark and heavy, and can stick and clump.’
